Meet Matthew Tipton

Matthew has spent more than 17 years in the construction field, with over 10 years specializing in building enclosure diagnostics and forensic investigation. His hands-on background with exterior systems, waterproofing assemblies, windows, roofing, and siding gives him unique insight into how failures happen and how they should be evaluated.

He performs:
• Leak investigations using moisture meters, thermal imaging, and diagnostic tools
• Detailed failure analysis for windows, doors, siding, stucco, waterproofing, roofing, and cladding
• Expert reporting for insurance claims, attorneys, HOAs, and contractors
